Located in the central East-Side, Smith Tea was looking for a warehouse and tasting room where tea drinkers could relax and enjoy a conversation over a cup of tea.  We restored the building starting by building the core and shell first. Once the structure was built, our team built the space envisioned by the client and added new life, safety, ADA compliant features, and building amenities including the tasting and laboratory rooms.
