Water Tower

This building has a long standing history and was originally buity as part of a large lumber mill connected to the Willamette River.  The building was renovated in the 1970's to provide office and retail to the growing south waterfront neighborhood.  In 2021, this project will begin major renovations of the existing sitework and the interior core and shell of the building, which will include a new atrium, conference center, murals painted by local artists and high efficiency LED lighting.  The focus of the renovation will be to preserve the history and modernize the interior to attract new tenants.
