Lorentz Bruun recently finished renovating the 160,000 sq. ft Iron Fireman warehouse building in SE Portland. Through an extensive renovation project, one of the main objectives of the renovation was to bring the building’s history and its period details, back to the surface.  The restored building is not just a reflection of the neighborhood’s past, but it is also positioned to become an active influence on Portland’s burgeoning maker culture.  This building was nominated one of the most transformative projects of 2017.
