The historic renovation and preservation of 81 Yamhill building transformed this 1908 warehouse into creative office and retail space.  Cargo, an established Portland importer, became the anchor tenant. The second floor includes a mix of creative office tenants such as Brix Law, and Urban Works Real Estate. The building features exposed timber structure, high ceilings, and large windows that reveal the active street life of the surrounding neighborhood.
